Are products cleaned before being sold?

All Filson Unfailing merchandise is professionally cleaned before it leaves our distribution centers. Most items are cleaned without water, utilizing CO2 technology by Tersus Solutions. 98% of the liquefied CO2 is reclaimed in the process and clothing comes out clean and with fewer impacts on our natural resources compared to home laundering. In addition to using liquid CO2 rather than water in its process, the closed-loop nature of the Tersus technology allows microfibers to be captured within the system rather than flushing microfibers into our waterways.
